Hi Smitha,
Professional and piercing talk on the topic. Congratulations!
With a quick snapshot of a personal experience you moved on to the big picture and touched the nerve center of the question. Tolerance to inequality.
To me the attraction of rearing children in India is that they may see it as it truly is.
I have difficulty seeing how one can be numbed to the surroundings in India - One can up the windows but is the day far when the slum dweller outside starts stoning those windows ? Insulation may be impossible.
Will tune in for your next!

Hi PM team!
Awesome show on an absolutely beautiful topic.. All of you have pleasant voices and sound really collected and sweet(I always thought after a baby one screams her way thru life ;) ).. I had the picture of three Ladies, all poise discussing life over a glass of err.. Chai.
The greats - The show was very nicely planned and the conversation flowed fluidly.
You covered great many things.. My husband was mouth agape on most of the info (They are kidding - nono u not getting raw garlic for dessert)
Millions of wannabe parents are going to be heartwarmed by ur empathetic sharing of problems u faced. Most genuine and practical.
Some improvements - I could hear paper rustling in the background - avoidable.
Sharper segregation of modules can help listeners tune in and out easily. Lost u guys once and had trouble searching for the exact topic..
I am looking fwd to even more detailed discussion on - boxer shorts, aphoridisiacs.. ;) - kidding - whatever the next show brings..
Go Moms!
Best,
Kumudha

Hi
A very nostalgic listen..Lovely balancing of evergreen favs. and offbeat reditions of lahakavi.. Particularly the class piece with our guru, the RTP..
I love the music pieces that weave in and out in the background as you speak.
I did miss a sample from the movie Bharathi by ilayaraja ... hope to be back for another pleasant rendezvous with sangathi very soon!
