I like Cheran's movies in general, 'cuz his style is definitely different compared to other commercial movies being produced in the recent past. After listening to this podcast, I am very curious to watch this recent movie. Good work!

I'm glad you left your opinions. I think yours come really close what I think about my podcasts myself (at least about the 'good' ones).
I try my best to remember stuff that I would have said already. But now it's been 2 years since I started doing podcasts and there are about 55 of them. So I'm not really able to remember everything (which sucks). But you're right: the least I can do is choose my content carefully so that I can avoid the way things flow, to some extent, from being too monotonous/predictable.
Thanks for writing. Cheers

PS. Sorry for the late reply.

Yet another admirer of your ramblings. Listened to all of them. If you want some feedback about them here it is --
- Content is quite interesting. Given that you have strong ideas about certain things like feminism, racism, social awareness etc, I am not surprised. I like the way you link events to each of them.
- Flow may have several tributaries, but seem to be linked to the main idea. You reflect back on what you were saying and link it in some way when ever it meanders :)
- Your memory about childhood and college is amazing. That adds positively to your narrative.
- When it comes to movies your irritability is your asset. I like to listen to the way you sound, that unpardonable tone is hilarious.
- On the flipside, as you say it yourself, the narrative gets predictable after some time. I think you could possibly try to consciously avoid being that way to an extent in a podcast. Its true that after about 20-30 podcasts we are liable to get predictable in the bigger perspective yet there is the underlying content or series of events where repetition or monotony in thoughts can be avoided.
