Charles, glad you liked the background on the technology.

I managed to clip the recording level so there's distortion throughout, as you've pointed out. I wasn't paying enough attention to the levels; my mistake.

Also, I should have cautioned in advance about my speech timing being off. I made this presentation over a Skype connection from Southern California to Chennai in India. While the connection quality was remarkable, there was a persistent echo, which totally threw my timing off.

Nice to know what's going on behind our podcasts

I didn't understand most of what you're talking about of course, but I got the gist. Good to hear a little about the development of the technology that went into the site.

Maybe an edit and some EQ next time? ;-)
