This episode features one of the controversial political treatises given in the Bharath - Kanikar's advice to Dhridhrashtan and
Duryodhana's plot to kill the Pandavas and events that follow.
Disclaimer: The last few minutes is general stuff, not related to the Bharath. The ideas that I have expressed in the podcast are quite opinionated and I expect you to take it in a conversational sense with less emphasis on its technicalities. I am a regular listener to this Mahabaratham Pesugirathu. I am surprised to know what is Rajathandiram really means. Your comparison with modern politics is very good. However the duration of that could have been reduced and more from the epic could have been narrated. Sometimes I felt that the topic was getting digressed.
However on the whole it is a very good work. Just waiting to listen to other episodes also.

Nice job...
I loved this podcast as usual. I am also eager to read the comment left by "Adam" and also your reply to his comment, but I think I am going to keep it for later.
Your view regarding Kanikar's advice versus US foreign policy was very interesting. However, I am going to stay against the war, 'cuz it has cost thousands of innocent lives.
Now US is blaming India & China for causing the surge in fuel prices, even though US constitutes 25% of world oil consumption, whereas, India constitutes on 4% and China 8%. I think that's another topic for your podcast. Anyway, my point is that US foreign policy has always been to satisfy their own corporate greed and that's not something that can be appreciated.
