Religious conversion chases me, wherever I go! I forgot to mention earlier - this is a plain rant because I was madly irritated by a few people lately. Have you had the feeling that everybody around you has started acting like they know everything about psychology? (let's keep aside the fact that often psychologists themselves don't know what they are doing).

I agree with you regarding converting to christianity. I have never been in favor of converting to a different religion. We have enough to discover in our own Hindu religion. All you need is initiative to discover your own religion.
I somewhat disagree your opinion about having friends. Having too many friends or boasting about having too many friends may be signs of a show off, but having friends is one medium of taking your mind of your daily monotonous life.

religion long back has been taken for granted and failed to serve its purpose.
i had my schoolin in a christian convent .being a hindu i was never offended by the their preachin but now i can realize how they had tried their best to convert young minds in their preachings .i do believe in god but belief doent mean u get somethin in return for believin him(whicever god it is ) .this is what is happenin in most part of india .convert to christianity and u get job abroad or in any church straight away .what nonsense is this .is religion a way to earn ur career ?
