Loved the narration about how it all began. I even took the pains of writing it down to understand it better.

In the beginning you had mentioned that Mahabharatham was a narration by Vaisambayinar (disciple of Vyasa munivar) to Janamejayan, who was performing a yagna to destroy the snake species, 'cuz his Dad, Parishith was bitten by a snake. Now Parishith's Dad's name is Abhimanyu. Does it mean Arjun's son's name & his forefather's name were the same?

Another question is, are the families of Janamejayan & Bharathan connected in some way?

Finally, who is Mahabishak? Is he Bhumanyu's son (Bharath's son after a yagna)?
