The word "doctor" before the name of a person gives prestige and power and of course money. This is mainly the reason why students choose alternative systems. Medicine, like many other things, becomes stratified and subject to corruption, cheating, etc. If public health becomes the first priority, these systems would be unnecessary and it will lead to better health and longevity. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
