sir i had applied for getting noc for my driving licence from rto west it much more corrupted than any other office the are collecting bribe money from tapal section to licence clerk and till despatch section. more ove i had noticed a retired clerk am muslim man is still working in renewal section and helping the superindent in collecting bribe money all these thing are well known to rto officer but no action was taken aginst them. RTO WEST IS NOT AN ISO CERTIFICED OFFICE is fully iso certificed corrupted office in chennai . in each and every section with out paying bribe money not a single paper moves from table to table, for isntant this iso regional transport officer demanded rs 500/- for getting c c for my NCB VEHICLE AND RTO OA ASKED ME RS50/- TO MOVE THE FILE AND CLERK ASKED ME RS200/- TO WHOM TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS ISO RTO OFFICER HE IS FULLY CORRUPTED AND HIS OFFICE IS ALSO FULLY CORRUPTED, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST HIM.JAI HIND
