Krishnagiri District in Tamilnadu has successfully used all the available schemes to reduce the child labour and out of school children. Dr Sathosh Babu IAS, presently the Managing Director of ELCOT and formerly District Collector of Krishnagiri district is mainly respnsible for such initiatives.
